What you have to remember when choosing your method of smoking cessation, is that no method works if you do not have the will and desire to stop smoking, and is willing to make an effort yourself.
Combining quit smoking hypnosis with quit smoking medication like quit smoking pills, nicotine patches or other quit smoking drugs, will often prove to give the best results.
